At ActiveGreens, we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 750 and above. (99) under 750 - Pan India - Delhi / NCR
Processing time

All orders are processed within 24-72 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Return Policy

ActiveGreens offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation.

If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Before confirming an exchange, we would require proof of a defect in the product in the form of photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box and invoice slip inside the box.

In case the product you have returned is out of stock, we will help you with a refund. Refunds will reflect in the same account from which payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

We won't be able to accept any return/replacement if the above points are not being followed.
Since ingredients of powdered supplements are hygroscopic in nature, they’ll tend to form lumps. However, the supplement is completely safe to consume. We would recommend shaking the product vigorously to break down the clumps which would help them to dissolve in the water.
